What to do, what to do? So many of us love wine, but let’s be honest, we can get a little intimated by all the info and those hard to say names. Who can really remember if it was ’82 or ’83 that was a great year? If we can’t pronounce it, then we ain’t gonna order it, are we?

At Alta Strada, we’ve made it as easy as possible. No fancy wine glasses (oh sure, we’ve got them in the back if you insist), a simple but comprehensive wine by the glass program, and a small, well selected wine list of all Italian wines, that changes slightly with each lunar eclipse. It goes with our food, it jives with the space and the atmosphere…it makes sense and it’s fun.

The wine list is like everything else at Alta Strada…it’s simple, it’s approachable, and no one will ever make you feel bad if you can’t say Rosso di Montalcino.
